"Chick" Parmesan -
Veggie Version of Chicken Parmesan Hi Michelle, I love your e-zine. I enjoy the
articles and the tips. Here is one of my family's favorites. I have picky kids
and they love it. It's also healthy! We like to eat meatless at least 2-3 times
per week. * * * Ingredients: 1 package of whole wheat pasta Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook the pasta. While the pasta is cooking, put the 4 frozen soy chicken patties in a baking dish. Cover with sauce and top with cheese. Bake for about 15-20 minutes. Serve "chik" patties over the pasta. Great with a salad. Serves 4. * * *
